Executive Committee
This committee shall consist of the Commodore, Vice Commodore and Rear Commodore. The Commodore may appoint one or more members from the Board of Directors to serve on this committee at the Commodore's pleasure. This committee shall provide direction and maintain communication between the Board and CLUB management; review and recommend for Board action all proposed changes in compensation and employment of salaried CLUB staff; be responsible for development of presentations for Board approval which are to be made at membership meetings where approval is required by the Bylaws; be responsible for selecting committee chairmen to be submitted to the Board for its approval. This committee is required to report at each regular Board meeting.
