This committee, which functions under the supervision of the Rear Commodore, is responsible for collecting Basin applications for slip rentals and leasing upon vacancies. This committee is responsible for recommending improvements and repairs to the Board; for recommending to the Board necessary action to be taken to safeguard the CLUB's real and tangible property and to apply the Basin Rules approved by the Board, equitable to all Members. This committee is required to report at each regular Board meeting
